MG-35NDAS
I have just purchased the MG-35NDAS and have had isssues with it already. To start with I installed a 500GB WD HDD, connected it to a USB2 port, formatted it and then started transferring data from a '500GB WD My Book' networked storage device. About 45 minutes in the device lost connectivity with the computer. Changing the USB port didn't help. I have since updated to the latest versions of firmware and NDAS drivers. I can access the device via the network but it is nothing short of useless as it is so slow. My computer has been running for over 14 hours and has barely transferred 100GB of data. I am prepared to put up with this to update via the network but having access to the USB port again would be an advantage in terms of speed. I have tried different USB ports, a powered USB2 hub, etc. The device starts up when the USB cable is plugged in but that's as far as it goes. Any ideas?
